Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-app chat with a professional attitude.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the DoctorToHome app effectively and efficiently.
- Provide clear guidance on app features, appointment bookings, and billing processes.
- Listen actively and empathetically to patient concerns, ensuring their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Follow company policies and maintain professionalism during all interactions.
- Record patient interactions accurately and ensure follow-ups when required.
- Contribute to a positive experience for all patients using the DoctorToHome app.
- Stay informed about app updates, features, and the latest healthcare industry trends.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in using computers, email platforms, web apps, and mobile devices.
- A passion for patient care and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
